Jobs and approvals
- One list of jobs
- Each job has the customer, their email, the vehicle, the parts total and a note on the work. Move it from draft to awaiting approval to approved to done with one tap.
- A private approval link per job
- The customer opens it on their phone, sees the vehicle, the work and the parts total, and approves with one button. No app or account needed.
- Approvals board
- Every job still waiting on a customer, in one place, so you know what’s holding up the bay.
- Email the link from the app
- Send the approval link by email from your business name. Replies come straight to you.
Getting paid
- Your own payment link
- Add your Square, Stripe or other payment link once. After a job is approved, the customer’s page sends them to it to pay the approved total.
- Mark paid
- Mark approved or finished jobs paid with one tap, and see which approved jobs are still unpaid.
Running the business
- Staff logins
- Add people by email. They sign in with their own email and work in your account; only you can change settings or the team.
- Import from a spreadsheet
- Bring in up to 500 rows at a time from a CSV file. Every row is checked like the form, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
- Export any list
- Download any list as CSV, in the same format the import accepts.
- Search and filters
- Longer lists get a search box and status filters, so you can find a row in seconds.
- No passwords
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google.
- Works on a phone
- Every screen works in a phone browser. Nothing to install.
