BayApproveGet paid with your own payment link

You probably already take payments with Square, Stripe or a similar service. BayApprove doesn’t replace it; it puts your payment link in front of the customer at the right moment, next to the total they approved.
How it works
- In Settings, paste your payment link and any payment instructions.
- When a job is approved, the customer’s page shows a “Pay” button that opens your link.
- Once they’ve paid, mark the job paid in BayApprove.
Stripe payment links
If you use a Stripe payment link, BayApprove adds the job’s reference to it, so you can match the payment to the job in your Stripe dashboard.
What we don’t do
BayApprove never handles card details or holds money. Customers pay you directly through your provider, and your provider’s fees and payout schedule apply as usual.
Common questions
- Can I take cash or check instead?
- Yes. Leave the payment link empty and write instructions instead, then mark the job paid when you receive it.
